Mattress and Pillow Return Policy
The WHISPER™ Original Mattress, Essential Mattress, Prime Mattress, Original Pillow, Essential Pillow and Topper

Make sure you raise a return within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused, unopened condition.
• Reasons such as comfortability, dissatisfaction, feel or performance, height & mattress specification are not valid for a refund.

Please Note: Deep Sleep Home Furniture Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange at any time and we may ask for picture identification. Get in touch with our customer care team for more details at [email protected].

This return policy extends only to the original purchaser of any WHISPER™ mattress and/or pillow. This return policy is valid only for the period of time the WHISPER™ mattress and/or pillow are owned by the original purchaser of the WHISPER™ mattress and/or pillow. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this return policy, is the first purchaser or household of the WHISPER™ mattress and/or pillow from Deep Sleep Home Furniture Trading LLC or a Deep Sleep Home Furniture Trading LLC authorized retailer.

Mattress Exchange Policy

Make sure you raise an exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange is applicable only for standard-size mattresses and valid for one-time exchange only.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new, unused and unopened condition.
